RCFE Pathways collects contact details, facility information, and placement-request information that users choose to submit. We use this information to operate the directory, match placement requests with participating facilities, manage memberships, and improve the service.

Placement information is shared only with the selected facility or approved facilities that match the requested location, care needs, and availability. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance cards, or other highly sensitive documents.

Facility profiles may display business contact details, licensing information, photographs, services, pricing ranges, and availability. Account and billing information is protected behind sign-in and handled by the applicable service providers.

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by contacting RCFE Pathways. We retain records as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

RCFE Pathways uses reasonable safeguards but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the service changes.
