RCFE Pathways is a directory and referral platform. It is not a care provider, placement decision-maker, licensing authority, medical provider, or emergency service.

Facility approval means RCFE Pathways reviewed submitted licensing information. It does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, availability, regulatory standing, or services of any facility. Families and professionals must independently verify information and decide whether a facility is appropriate.

Facilities are responsible for keeping profiles, rates, services, photographs, and bed availability accurate. Referral professionals and families are responsible for having permission to submit another person’s information.

Paid facility memberships renew monthly until canceled. Owner-designated RCFE Pathways facilities may receive complimentary membership. Professional referral accounts are free.

Users may not submit false information, misuse personal information, scrape the directory, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service. RCFE Pathways may suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms.
